This website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is a platform for connecting clients with contractors in the roofing industry in Zhytomyr and Zhytomyr region.

By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site

This Site is an information platform that provides communication between customers and roofing work performers. The Site is not a party to agreements between customers and performers.

The Site owner is not responsible for:

• Quality of work performed by contractors
• Compliance with work deadlines
• Safety at construction sites during work
• Damage or losses caused by contractor work

3. Responsibility

Site users are fully responsible for:

• Truthfulness of provided information
• Compliance with the legislation of Ukraine
• Compliance with contract terms with contractors

4. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of claims or complaints regarding the quality of work, deadlines, or other terms of order fulfillment, the Site may assist in communication between the customer and the contractor.

However, the final decision on any disputed matters is made by the parties independently through negotiations or in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

The Site is not an arbitrator and is not responsible for the outcome of disputes between customers and contractors.
